Maya's three leads: your 21 day playbooks
One person, about four weeks, three ways to reach them: email, LinkedIn and phone. Each lead below lists every step in order, who does it, the date, and the exact words to use. Delivered to your inbox by 7am, Monday through Friday.
This is a sample. Every name, company, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, trigger and source on this page is fictional. It shows the exact format an Axiom Morning Leads report arrives in for a fictional client, Clearpath Technology Partners, and its seller, Maya. Dates assume Day 1 is Monday October 26, 2026; days count working days only, so no step ever lands on a weekend.
The three rules that matter most
  1. If they answer in any way, stop the steps. A reply, a call back or a LinkedIn message means you stop and just talk to them like a person. An email reply stops the emails on its own; after a call back or a LinkedIn reply, tell your supervisor the same day so the emails stop too.
  2. If they say no, stop forever. Thank them, take them off the list, and never contact them again.
  3. Wait a few days between touches. Never two channels to the same person on the same day, and never two people at the same company on the same day.
Who does what: Maya sends it Maya does it   Your team sends every email from its own inbox; sending them for you is an option scoped in a discovery session. Tick the box on each step when it is done.
Every lead carries the full set: six emails, four LinkedIn touches, four phone scripts (an opener, a voicemail, a gatekeeper path and a live conversation guide) and six objection handlers, each written for that executive and that trigger, in Clearpath Technology Partners's voice.

Their news (the trigger): Harbor & Vale Home posted three cloud engineering roles in one week: a Cloud Platform Lead, a DevOps Engineer and a Cloud Security Analyst.
Date and source: October 12, 2026, Harbor & Vale Home careers page, cloud engineering postings   14 days old: meets the 30 day rule
Why this person: Hiring three cloud roles at once means more systems are about to move at the same time, and the team doing the moving is not in the building yet.

Email 1: their news, the problem it usually brings, one line about us, one easy question.
Subject: your cloud team hiring
Daniel, Saw that Harbor & Vale is building out its cloud team. Hiring three cloud roles at once means more systems are about to move at the same time, and the team doing the moving is not in the building yet. That is when old apps get moved as they are, and their costs and security gaps move with them. Your people end up fixing it after launch. Clearpath Technology Partners can take one system and ship it cloud ready in 30 to 45 days. Is a system like that on your list this year? Best regards, Maya

How is your team deciding what moves first? We take one system and ship it cloud ready in 30 to 45 days. If it is worth a closer look, could we set up 15 minutes?

Email 2: a new useful idea plus a free helpful thing they can ask for by reply.
Subject: when projects stall
Daniel, A different angle. Most teams in your seat have no shortage of plans. What they lack is projects that finish, like a migration stuck halfway or a release pipeline nobody trusts. We take one stalled initiative, rescope it and ship it on a fixed plan. We rebuilt the deployment pipeline for a regional grocery chain this way. Is there a stalled piece at Harbor & Vale Home worth a second look? If it helps, reply PLAN and I will send a one page outline of how we would scope that one system. Best regards, Maya

Subject: last note from me
Daniel, I will not keep writing after this one. If one cloud system at Harbor & Vale Home eats the most hours for the least value, name it. We will show you a credible plan to fix it in 30 to 45 days. If the timing is wrong, no reply is needed. Best regards, Maya
If they push back on a call: six answers
  • We already have a vendor for this.
That makes sense, and most retailers do. We usually come in on one system the current partner has not reached, scoped to 30 to 45 days. Would it help to compare that one system side by side?
  • No budget, or it is not a priority right now.
Understood. Work like this often comes before the budget for it, so the timing may change soon. Could I check back once your plan is set?
  • Just send me some information.
Happy to. So it is useful, which would you want it to cover first, the migration or the security review? I will keep it to one page.
  • How do I know you can actually do this?
Fair question. We rebuilt the deployment pipeline for a regional grocery chain this way. I can send the one page summary of that project and you can judge it in two minutes.
  • We are hiring our own cloud people to do this.
That is a good sign, and new hires need time to ramp. We can carry one move while your team settles in, then hand it over cleanly. Would that take pressure off the first few months?
  • Call me back next quarter.
Happy to. So I bring something useful, which system do you expect to move first? I will note it and call when you said.

Email 6: the short goodbye. One idea, you will not keep writing, reply anytime.
Subject: last note from me
Tom, I will not keep writing after this one. If one process across the two sites at Lakeshore Outfitters eats the most hours for the least value, name it. We will show you a credible plan to fix it in 30 to 45 days. If the timing is wrong, no reply is needed. Best regards, Maya
If they push back on a call: six answers
  • We already have a vendor for this.
That makes sense, and most distributors do. We usually come in on one process the current partner has not reached, scoped to 30 to 45 days. Would it help to compare that one process side by side?
  • No budget, or it is not a priority right now.
Understood. Work like this often comes before the budget for it, so the timing may change soon. Could I check back once your plan is set?
  • Just send me some information.
Happy to. So it is useful, which would you want it to cover first, the data feeds or the planning model? I will keep it to one page.
  • How do I know you can actually do this?
Fair question. We delivered a demand forecasting model, with the data feeds behind it, for a two site distributor this way. I can send the one page summary of that project and you can judge it in two minutes.
  • Our AI work is already handled in house.
That is a strong place to start. Teams in house often have more ideas than hands, and we can carry one process to done without slowing the rest. Is there one that keeps slipping down the list?
  • Send it to our procurement team.
Glad to. Before it goes there, it helps to know which process you would want scoped first, so the paperwork matches something real. Which one is it?
